Jim founded CSSI® – Cost Segregation Services, Inc. in 2003. As a highly experienced engineering economist, Jim was commissioned to develop the process of bringing the results of the Hospital Corporation of America v. Commissioner court case to businesses across America. Jim’s method allowed business owners of all sizes to realize increased cash flow for their businesses. CSSI® has become the preferred provider of engineering-based cost segregation studies to tax professionals and their clients.
Bonnie Griffin Kaake is a consultant to commercial property owners, CPAs/tax professionals, tax attorneys, financial planners, and commercial real estate brokers. She is an expert in the 2014 Tangible Property Regulations (TPR), 2017 Tax Cuts & Jobs Act (TCJA), the CARES Act, and Engineering-Based Cost Segregation. Bonnie offers CPE classes, seminars, and no-cost estimates. There are incredible tax-cash benefits to owning commercial real estate and residential rentals under the current tax regulations. Why pay more in taxes than you need to pay?
She holds a Real Estate Brokers license (inactive) and has owned commercial property. She has been an active member of boards of directors for companies and non-profits. As a nationally published author and speaker, she has guest lectured at the university level and presents at conferences nationally.
